Hey, I'm Mikaela! Digital design is fairly new pursuit of mine, but creative expression is not. I take my lifelong interests like illustrating, upcycling, and photography and incorporate them into my digital design pieces and campaigns. When looking for inspiration, I turn to album covers, creative typography, and music. This portfolio is an example of how my design brain works-- the ideation, the process, and the results produced. Every piece here was accomplished in my 3 years in Grand Canyon’s Graphic Design program.
